Florida Sponsor, Golden Age Living, presented a fabulous panel discussion last week called It Takes a Village of Experts to Build a “Home for a Lifetime.”
The panel of experts, Anne Bedinger, Raymond James, Representing IFDA member T-Square Construction is Rose Arevalo, Cory Hoffman, Solaris Rehab, Tony Mammoliti from Poggenpohl, IFDA Florida Sponsor and Event Coordinator, Wanda Gozdz of Golden Age Living and Interior Designer Elizabeth Zecca, President Elect of IFDA Florida. Elizabeth is also CAPS Certified.
Our lunch was sponsored by Poggenpohl and we were given a tour through their showroom showcasing the latest in kitchen products that are available to enhance “a home for a lifetime”.

IFDA member Elizabeth Zecca, a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certified Interior Designer, describes how an interior designer can provide asthetically pleasing ways to make a home safer and more functional. Certain simple adjustments can make all the difference.
All the panelists were full of helpful information about many of the things people need to keep in mind as they plan for a time when their home needs to meet their needs.
Our industry is very much effected by an aging population and IFDA Florida is proud to have been a part of such an important event.
